KOVA

KOVA EnterpriseFor global and complex organisations

Structured decision rooms for complex organisations.

KOVA Enterprise gives cross-functional work a common structure across units, countries and reporting lines. KOVA supports clearly assigned owners and roles in access-enabled rooms.

01The challenge

Scale multiplies channels, not clarity.

As organisations grow, important decisions cross more boundaries: functions, subsidiaries, jurisdictions and time zones. Each group picks its own tools. It becomes hard to see where sensitive work happens, and the context behind decisions becomes fragmented.

02How KOVA Enterprise helps

Structure that scales with the organisation.

  • 01

    Cross-functional rooms.

Programmes, transactions, crisis responses and board matters each get a defined room that brings together the right people from across the organisation.

  • 02

    Explicit membership.

Who takes part in each room is a deliberate decision, not a side effect of a distribution list.

  • 03

    Clear responsibility.

Each decision can record who is responsible. KOVA supports clearly assigned owners and roles in access-enabled rooms.

  • 04

    Agreed implementation.

Implementation scope is defined with each organisation.

03In the product today

What a KOVA room provides.

The following capabilities are part of the current KOVA product. How they apply to your organisation is covered in a private briefing.

  • Rooms with defined membership.

Each room has its own participants. Members and open invitations are shown separately.

  • Room leads and participants.

Room leads invite participants, withdraw invitations and remove members.

  • Time-limited access.

Access to a room can be granted for a set period. When the period ends, membership ends without manual follow-up.

  • Room time lens.

Mark a message as a decision, reason, task, open point, deadline or commitment, arranged as past, now and ahead.

  • Structured decisions.

Record a decision with its rationale, the responsible party, linked messages and a status history.

  • The KOVA octopus.

Press and hold at the message field to open the room's tools: time lens, files, search, room information and people.

04Rooms in practice

Rooms an organisation might open.

  • 01

    Board programme.

A room for a strategic programme at board level, with decisions, reasons and open points kept together.

  • 02

    Crisis room.

A room that brings operations, legal, communications and management together when something goes wrong.

  • 03

    Cross-border transformation.

A room for a programme that spans several countries and units, with clear room leads.

05Illustrative scenario

A time-critical operational decision.

A supply disruption affects production in two regions. A dedicated room brings together operations, procurement, legal and communications. Each function contributes in context. The discussion, the supporting files and the person responsible for the decision stay together in one place.

08Questions

Questions about KOVA Enterprise.

  • Can we start small?

Yes. An organisation can start with one clearly defined room, such as a board programme or a crisis team, and extend from there.

  • How is responsibility shown?

Rooms have room leads and participants, and a decision can record the responsible party.

  • How is implementation organised?

Implementation scope, operating model and support are agreed with each organisation.
